In 2023, a house was donated to AAHS! This house has two units and is home to a family and a single person.
Appleseed Court
Appleseed Court is a 12-unit complex located at 23,27 and 29 Appleseed Drive in Antigonish and features a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units for people with low to moderate-incomes. It includes a community room and an outdoor space for gardening. Appleseed Court opened in January 2022.
AAHS competed in an open tender to acquire the vacant lot next door to Appleseed Court. In 2023 the Province of N.S. awarded that land to AAHS. Development of another 17 units is underway, with funding being sought from numerous sources.

Riverside Estates
Riverside Estates is a 14-unit complex located just off of Hawthorne Street and Vincent’s Way in Antigonish. The civic address is 12 Hope Lane, Sylvan Valley, NS, B2G 0G4. Phase 1, consisting of four units, opened in March 2017. Phase 2, consisting of ten units and a community room, opened in October 2018.
