Tenants of Riverside Estates now have an outside storage shed for their use, thanks to first-year carpentry students at the Nova Scotia Community College. The students are part of a two-year carpentry diploma course at the Strait area campus under the direction of teacher Charles Probert. Using materials provided by AAHS, the students involved in the shed build included: Nate Butt, Brendan Crummey, Tanner Doiron, Keegan Fitzpatrick, Matthew Forbes, David Freeman, Clyde Dale, Zack MacDonald, Patricia MacQuarrie, Ryan Macintyre, Jensen Poirer, Patrick Sampson, Michael Stone, Nevan Tait and Devan Chisholm. The shed was delivered at the end of April 2017.
