March 3, 2025 — AAHS is thrilled to announce that 16 hectars of land has been donated to AAHS. We give our huge thanks to Amy Hendricks and Paul Davie, our future neighbours. With this generous donation, AAHS will build an expansive, affordable housing community. The land is on Rte 337 near the intersection of Antigonish Town and County, along the community transit route. AAHS is modeling building 54 homes in a first phase of development. This will be a transformative project providing community-supported, high quality, energy-efficient affordable housing, along with supports to tneants to navigate services and facility community. What an exciting moment.
