Available is a two-bedroom, townhouse style unit located at Riverside Estates – 12 Hope Lane, Sylvan Valley. Estimated move-in Date is July 15, 2026.
To apply, you must have lived in Antigonish Town or County for three consecutive years. Your total household income must be below $73,000. You must provide references. You must not have a violent criminal record.
- This unit is a townhouse style unit, with the living room and kitchen located downstairs, and two bedrooms, one bathroom upstairs
- This unit would be most appropriate for individuals who do not have mobility limitations which would restrict them from using stairs
- Monthly rent: $809. Tenant pays utilities + phone/internet.
- Shared laundry + one parking space included

Tenants start with AAHS on a 6-month probationary fixed-term lease. More information will be available if selected for an interview.

Only registered service dogs allowed. Maximum 2 cats. Other small pets may be negotiable.

No smoking cigarettes, marijuana or vaping in units, or common areas.

The application deadline is June 12, 2026 at noon. Late applications will not be considered.
